There is no area that I experienced that could be improved. Everyone here is fantastic. They genuinely care about my care and progress towards getting my shoulder back to full strength. The equipment is up to date, and the gym area has enough space for everyone. The PT crew is extremely professional yet provide a fun environment for therapy. As always everyone you meet as soon as you arrive is friendly and helpful! Seeing Dr. Sherman almost immediately. Always greets you with a smile. Everyone at OCSM is amazing! Always attentive and willing to adjust anything that cause discomfort and pain. The group here treats you like family from your first visit. They truly care about you and your progress. Loved come here for therapy! Lila and Mark worked me hard and my knee feels better then ever. It was so comforting to have them working both with me and giving me encouragement. They were with me all the way being careful so I didn’t over do with my exercises. Telling me to take it easy and rest. Always making sure I was ok. Never had this caliber of professional service with caring individuals. Dr. Luis, you are very smart hiring employees of this caliber. It makes for a win win combination for you business.

I honestly cannot say enough about Amelia Embley! I will forever be grateful to her for the time, effort, compassion and care she put into my physical therapy. After each session I could feel the improvement in my condition and the change for the better in my level of pain..My therapist, Amelia,was caring and supportive throughout all of my sessions. She was trained in dry needling and she alternated with the dry needling and traction to help eliminate my pain… The talent and personalities of the PTA’s and Techs made me really enjoy each experience..you sort of feel like family with each visit…. ‘

Dr. Andrea Espinoza and her staff have helped me through this process of eating better to change my life. They have made me feel better inside and out. Their Lifestyle program is really helpful but the fact that they listen to my needs and want to help every step of the way is priceless. They took my information and broke it down and made the program work for me. I have stop taking some of my prescription medicine because I don’t need them now. Very pleased. Had shoulder problems and about a month later I had hip problems and was having significant pain when walking. Dr Luis diagnosed bursitis in right hip. Had a cartisone shot and he suggested therapy. Went through 8. therapy secessions which were extremely helpful. The therapy staff were all very good. They reflect knowledge and care. A great team. Hopefully I won’t need any additional therapy, but should I, I know I will be taken care.

Recently I went to Dr. Espinoza for an appointment for a knee problem. The staff was very professional and made me feel at ease. Dr. Espinoza took the time to answer all my questions and seemed to really care . He has a lot of patience and makes you feel comfortable. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so. I came to see the Dr. Espinoza with severe pain on my knee . I was really satisfied with the treatment and the staff for the great care. I would recommend Dr Espinoza and this facility for every one in need of orthopedic.

Dr. Espinoza is a true God send. She’s attentive, personable, thorough, empathetic and reassuring. She’s been there every step of the way on my road to recovery. She’s made herself accessible during those difficult moments in my recovery when she didn’t have to do so. She gave me hope when I was ready to give up. I wouldn’t have been able to rise above this plight without her guidance and support and I’m forever indebted.

absolutely a fantastic experience. Dr Espinoza and get staff legit care about you and take time to explain everything and even ask you what YOU think about what’s going on (most Drs don’t do that anymore). She even went over my X ray immediately as it came out of the machine explaining every detail of the lungs and what she was seeing. I suffer for almost 20 years from terrible pancreatic issues (not related to this visit) and been across the nation (Mayo and Cleveland clinic included) all to hear…. Hmm, that’s weird. Let’s send you to XYZ and I’m pushed off to another Dr. I’m sure had I known Dr. Espinoza at the time she’d have gotten to the bottom of my pancreas issues within that first year. Thank you again for all your help and kindness.
