Dr. Espinoza emphasizes, “Truly listening to a patient and giving them the time to be a part of their health journey has continued to fuel my desire to serve as a physician.
After completing Pulmonary & Critical Care Fellowship at LSU-New Orleans in 2006, I began practicing at a community hospital in southeast Louisiana. Nearly 13 years of teaching medical students and residents as well as caring for patients in the ICU, outpatient pulmonary clinic, and the bronchoscopy suite afforded me the opportunity to see the many facets of patient care. From critical care to clinic care, there is always an opportunity for both patients and physicians to grow in knowledge and compassion.
Joining the OCSM Healthcare team in December of 2019 placed me in a position to continue outpatient Pulmonary Medicine as well as Lifestyle Medicine.
It has truly reignited my love for life, family, growth, hard work, and service to others.”
